Shipping and Returns

How Will My Order Be Shipped?

For deliveries to Canada, YUNG Squared primarily uses Canada Post. However, depending on circumstances, we may also select from a pool of couriers, such as USPS, UPS, DHL or FEDEX, to provide the most suitable delivery service for your specific order. YUNG Squared will use its discretion to determine the best courier for each order, and reserves the right to change couriers without prior notice.  For deliveries to US and elsewhere, YUNG Squared will use USPS.


When Will My Order Be Shipped?

Please allow up to 2 business days for processing. Once the item is ready, we will send out a confirmation email when the item is shipped. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada.

Standard Shipping Methods - We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note during sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, contact for help in choosing the right shipping method to get it there on time! Extra charges may apply.


What If I Haven't Received A Confirmation Email?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation.  For any further questions or information on shipping, please email and we will answer any enquiries you may have. If you haven’t heard from us after placing an order, something may have went wrong during your checkout process so please contact us at


Where's My Order?

If the tracking link says package has been delivered and you haven’t received your order yet, your best option would be to contact your local post office! Or contact us at and we will try to look it up for you and let you know where it might be.

All questions regarding the status of a package with a tracking number should be directed to the shipping company. To contact the shipping company, simply click on the tracking number. You will then be redirected to their website where contact information is available.

Unfortunately we have no control over this situation. Once the parcel has left our distribution centre, we have no physical control of where the parcel goes.


Redirecting An Order.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct—we sadly cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched. 


Will My Shipment Come With A Tracking Number?

All orders with a US or Canadian address will come with a tracking number. You should receive an email from USPS/Canada Post with your online tracking number. You will be able to trace your order to your door. All other International orders will not be able to be tracked door to door.

Which Countries Does YUNG Squared Ship To?

We ship internationally! Please see below for estimated shipping time. 

North America:

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for shipping in Canada and in the US. We are not liable once your package has been delivered. 


We ship with USPS for international orders and all orders come with a partial tracking number. This means that once the package leaves our shipping facility in the US, you will not be able to track it door to door. This takes approximately 7-10 business days to arrive once its been shipped.


What Is Your Return Policy?

We have a 15-day, no-questions-asked return policy. If you aren’t satisfied, we can provide you with a store credit or an exchange within 15 days of receipt. Please note that you will be responsible for incurring the shipping charges if you would like to exchange the product. Sale items are final sale. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Do You Have A Physical YUNG Squared Store?

We currently do not have a physical store.


Can I Change Or Cancel My Order? 

Made a mistake? Please email as soon as possible and we will fix it for you, as long as your order hasn’t left us we will be able to help. 


I'm Getting An Error When Trying To Place An Order, What Should I Do?

Check you’ve filled all of your details out properly including your name, email, full address and phone number.  Still having issues? Please email and we will do our best to fix the issue for you.
